Whisky Beef

A beef snack has been on our mind for some time but “how do we do something extra special?” was the question that needed answering. The answer finally came when George reached out to David Ashton-Hyde, an old friend who worked for Heston in Bray but moved to Scotland to take charge of an incredible Scottish whisky producer called Annandale Distillery.

Fast forward a year and after lots of experimenting and countless tasting sessions, Serious Pig and Annandale Distillery are very proud and excited to bring you Whisky Beef!

For this bold and mouth-watering snack we’re using prime Belted Galloway Beef, farmed for its tender texture and excellent flavour. Infused with award-winning Man O’ Sword Single Cask, Single Malt Scotch whisky. A recipe created together by our expert charcutiers and the esteemed team at Annandale’s Michelin-listed venue – The Globe Inn.
